At RUNNR Activewear, we want you to feel confident in every stride. If your gear doesn't fit or perform to your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
